So, you’re not trying to figure out in your county treasures because every city, every county is different. So, we’ve already compiled an entire… An entire Rock Bottom Blueprint list for you.

What I do love are these scripts. They work incredibly well in order to work with fire. So, I like that. That is really awesome. As your two-minute pitch to investors, I think that is a great idea.  But what we’ve done is provided a whole system for working with private investors.

As a bonus to what Dean‘s doing, Dean is giving you the information and we’re giving you some tools as bonuses that you can really use. So, our private money cash machine is going to literally give you a list of every private investor in your area, and is going to show you how to approach them, how to talk to them – 18 different ways to do it. And so, you’ve got to start taking inventories. Remember the first thing I told you — and a part of that is everybody you know with money and who might have money in order to do things.

I love these tips that he gives about ordering business cards. I love that you need to go join a real estate investment clubs. And I think these are good steps. But let’s really talk about business cards. You know what? Get a deal under the contract. You don’t need business cards to get a deal under contract, ladies and gentlemen. Is it something you can do? Yes. But at the same time, I hate seeing people who want to structure their business.

They want to get their asset management and control. They want to make sure they have their LLCs, and their trust, and all these other crap that doesn’t make a difference if you’re not making any money. And so, we’ve got to get you to a place where you’re making money now. And I know this review is going a little bit longer, but there’s a lot for me to cover here for you because it’s very, very important.

And so, I want each and every one of you to make sure that you don’t waste time doing things that aren’t going to generate you income. Look, I call these ABCs of your priority-driven life. A is income-generating activities – what you must do every day of your life. Bs are things that help you set up income-generating activities. And then, C is everything else that needs to be done in 30 days.

And if you can make a list everyday of ABC… And I would tell you business cards is a C. Joining a real estate investment club is really a B. And so, we’ve got to get you to a point in time where you’re doing income-generating activities each and every day. I think he’s created a ton of great information here, ladies and gentlemen, for you. But I think there are some things that you guys need to do really quickly to take this to the next step, to the next Rock Bottom Blueprint level.
