Rock Bottom Blueprint’s iPad 2 Review

In the business arena, the desk top is becoming obsolete, the laptop is becoming the desktop, and the iPad 2 is becoming the new lap top.  That is a reality.  Like with any technology, you can learn either accept it and get on board, or you can fight it, do the things the hard way until your drive yourself crazy, and then come on board.  Realistically, you are going to get on board one way or another.

Professional Rock Bottom Blueprint real estate investors like Dutch Mendenhall and Dean Graziosi utilize the Ipad 2 daily in their businesses.  Keep reading this review as I will have a very special bonus for you at the end.

Apple mesmerized the geek world a little over a year ago with the original iPad.  The public wasn’t so accepting at first because they believed it was an overgrown iPhone.

Most of the techies gave it four out of five stars but were really not satisfied with the inability with the absence of cameras and programs like Adobe Flash.

So what did Apple do?  They took all of this in and went back to the drawing board to create the Apple iPad 2, the techies upgraded version.  I believe there are close to 70,000 apps now for the iPad2.  Of course, after the first iPad came out, other companies got smart and started creating versions of their own.  Now the iPad 2 is competing with the Android 3.0 tablet and the Xoom, which is made by Motorola.

However, for those of you that wanted a tablet version as quick as a lap top but as light as a feather, you are going to be a little disappointed.

The iPad2 is definitely a crowd pleaser with its interactive approach, but it is not the Rock Bottom Blueprint super system everyone wants it to be.  At least not yet.  Maybe the iPad 3?

The iPad 2 is quite a bit smaller and lighter than the Ipad, which is a welcome change.  It has a very unique curved edge which makes it very easy for users to carry.  Again, not a huge advancement, but one that really added to the value of the tablet.

In comparison, the Motorola Xoom is close to 20% heavier and really feels like a tank.   The iPad 2  real estate system was built with a very light metal; it almost feels like plastic which accounts for its substantial weight difference.

If you are into aesthetics, the look and feel alone will have you sold with the iPad 2.  If you are into performance, the processor is twice as fast as its predecessor, and the RAM is also twice as large at 512MB.  But I’m not going to lie to you, the Motorola Xoom does trump the iPad in terms of memory with 1GB.  That is really the only noticeable area.

All in all, I would give the iPad 2 a rating of 4.5 out of five stars.  It is a much improved version from the iPad, but still lacks the speed and capability of the laptop which is what users really want.  Go to Rock Bottom Blueprint to see how you can win an Ipad 2.

Enjoy,
