You have read the title and are probably asking yourself, “Does it really exist?” “Is there really a Rock Bottom Blueprint I can follow in Real Estate that can get me quick cash in 30 days or so?”

If you are asking that question then I know that you are one of two people.  The person that has delved into the real estate arena unsuccessfully hit rock bottom and been frustrated thinking it was all hype, or you are the newbie on the outside that has heard all of the hoopla and money making opportunities and are ready to give it a try.

So the very first step in the Rock Bottom Blueprint is to pick your investment type.  What kind of properties are you going to go after?  Is it going to be condos, town homes, single family homes, luxury homes, apartments, etc?

Next you need pick the strategy you are going to utilize to purchase or take down these properties.  Are you going to buy subject to the existing mortgage, are you going to buy REO’s, short sales, or maybe even wholesale?  Heck, maybe you want to do a combination of the above.

Once you have the two above, there is just one last piece to the puzzle before you can get started.  The very next step is to find the exit strategy you want to use in your business.  That could be renting to credit challenged individuals, leasing with the option to buy, selling to those that have obtained financing, or even selling to all cash buyers.

Once those three things have been accomplished you are ready to rock and roll.  But slow down.  I know you are all excited and jacked up right now because you never had anyone break it down for you in such an easy and efficient method that you could understand.  But hey, that is what we do and why we are so good at doing it.

So what is the next step you ask?  Quite frankly, it is to find a proven system, like Rock Bottom Blueprint, so that you can avoid all of the mindless pitfalls of those that came before you and fast track yourself to investing success. Just one last note.  There are many real estate investing educators out there and just like anything else, some are good, and some are fluff.  Make sure you get your training from someone that has been around for ten years or so with a proven track record.  Has this person written any best sellers, do they have testimonials; do they have any past or present real estate syndications on television?  If you can answer yes to those three things, then I encourage you to jump in and explore the trainings of that individual.  But I still caution you to do your own due diligence!
